The working agreement between us — what I provide, what I ask of you, and how scheduling, payment, and digital products work.

Agreement to these terms

By using this website, booking a session, or purchasing a digital product, you agree to these terms. They form an agreement between you and Sex Coach SLC LLC, based in Salt Lake City, Utah. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase services.

What I provide

I provide sex and intimacy coaching, education, workshops, speaking, and digital educational products. Coaching is a collaborative, forward-looking process focused on education, skills, and support.

Coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, medical care, diagnosis, or treatment, and I am not acting as a licensed healthcare provider. Please read the Coaching Disclaimer, which is part of these terms.

Booking and scheduling

Sessions are booked through Jane. Session times, formats, and current rates are shown at the time of booking, and rates may change for future bookings. Sessions are delivered virtually unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Cancellation and rescheduling

To confirm: this clause should match the cancellation window currently set in Jane. Send me the exact wording and I will drop it in.

Life happens, and I ask for as much notice as you can give. Cancellations or reschedules made within the notice window set at booking may be charged the full session fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may end our working arrangement.

Payment

Payment for sessions is handled through Jane at the time of booking or session, as indicated there. Workshops, group experiences, and speaking engagements are quoted individually and confirmed in writing.

Digital products

Digital guides, courses, and downloadable resources are final sale and non-refundable. Because these are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all purchases are non-refundable once access has been provided.

When you purchase or receive a digital product, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own benefit. You may not resell it, redistribute it, publish it, or use it in your own paid programs or teaching without my written permission.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photography, graphics, course materials, guides, and workshop content — belongs to Sex Coach SLC LLC unless credited otherwise. You are welcome to read, share links to, and quote briefly with attribution. You may not copy substantial portions, reproduce materials commercially, or present my work as your own.

Your responsibilities

• You are an adult, and the information you give me is accurate.
• You make your own decisions and remain responsible for your choices and actions.
• You will seek licensed medical or mental health care where that is what you need.
• You will treat sessions, group spaces, and community members with respect, and keep what others share in group settings private.

I may decline or end a working relationship where coaching is not appropriate, where a licensed provider is a better fit, or where conduct is abusive or unsafe.

Confidentiality and its limits

I treat what you share as private and will not discuss it outside our work, except as described in the Privacy Policy. Please understand that coaching does not carry the legal privilege that applies to licensed therapy in some settings, and I may need to act or disclose where there is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else, or where the law requires it.

No guaranteed outcome

Coaching depends on your participation and your circumstances, so I cannot and do not guarantee any particular result. Testimonials on this site describe individual experiences and are not a promise of similar outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sex Coach SLC LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the site, its content, or the services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Third-party links

The site links to other companies’ products and platforms, and some of those are affiliate links, which means I may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. I only recommend things I would genuinely suggest. I do not control those sites and am not responsible for them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, and any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version posted here, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.
