Coaching is education and support. It is not therapy or medical care, and it is important that the difference is clear before we begin.

Coaching is not healthcare

Erica Lemke is a certified sex coach and sexuality educator. Coaching through Sex Coach SLC LLC is educational and supportive in nature. It is not psychotherapy, mental health counseling, medical care, nursing care, or any form of licensed healthcare, and nothing in our work constitutes diagnosis or treatment of any condition.

Working together does not create a patient-provider or therapist-client relationship, and I do not provide medical advice, prescribe, or interpret test results.

Please keep your own care team

Coaching works alongside licensed care, not instead of it. If you are experiencing a medical condition, pain, a mental health condition, trauma symptoms, or the effects of medication, please work with a qualified physician, therapist, or other licensed provider. Never delay or stop treatment, or disregard advice from a licensed provider, because of something discussed in a session or read on this site.

If you are in crisis

If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call 911. In the United States, you can reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988, 24 hours a day.
