These workshops are designed for midlife and older women and are intended to help them challenge the outdated notions they have about sex, feel confident, and reclaim passion in their life. During this program, I provide a supportive and safe environment for women to have intimate “real talk” exploring their sexual lives and the challenges they may face with menopause.

Lifelong Loving: Sex Does NOT Retire
As a Clinical Sexologist and Certified Sex Coach, I see so many
engaged, productive older adults who have lost an important part of their lives as human beings: their sexual selves. Aging does not have to be synonymous with loss of intimacy, desire or pleasure.
Lifelong Loving: Sex Does NOT Retire, offered to older adults at senior centers, is aimed at helping older adults learn to have open, real, and intimate conversations about sex. The program provides a safe environment for seniors to learn, grow, and connect with others on their journey towards a fulfilling sexual life.
