When I was invited to appear on The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, I knew it was more than just a TV moment — it was an opportunity to speak boldly, truthfully and with heart about something our culture often shies away from: sexual empowerment for women.

In Season 2, Episode 4, The Book of Taboo, I stepped into the spotlight as a Certified Sex & Relationship Coach, Clinical Sexologist and someone who understands how powerful — and liberating — it is to rewrite the narratives we’ve inherited about pleasure, sensuality and desire.

Through candid conversations, real stories and a deeply affirming space, I helped illuminate what so many women are quietly craving: permission to feel turned on by life again. To feel sensual, confident and connected — not in spite of their past, but because they are reclaiming their future.

My Mission on Screen (and Beyond the Screen)
My work as the founder of Sex Coach SLC is centered around helping midlife women and couples rediscover what turns them on — not just in the bedroom, but in every aspect of life.
On the show, I hosted a private, sex-positive gathering for the women of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives — creating a safe, playful space for conversations that many of us never had growing up. The kind of space that says: you are not broken, you are blooming.
