Privacy Policy

This site is built to collect as little about you as possible. Here is exactly what is gathered, why, and who else can see it.

Who this policy covers

This policy applies to sexcoachslc.com and ericalemke.com, operated by Sex Coach SLC LLC (“I,” “me,” or “my”) in Salt Lake City, Utah. Coaching is delivered virtually; no physical office location is listed or maintained for client visits.

What I collect

I only collect information you choose to give me, plus the basic technical records any website generates.

• Contact form. When you use the form on the Work With Me page, I receive your name, email address, the service you selected, and your message. The form asks you not to include confidential medical, mental health, or other sensitive personal information, and it is intended for general inquiries only.
• Email sign-ups. If you join my newsletter or request a digital guide, you provide your email address (and optionally your first name) on a sign-up page hosted by Flodesk.
• Booking and payment. If you book a session, your information is collected directly by Jane, my scheduling and practice platform, under Jane’s own privacy terms. I do not process or store payment card numbers.
• Server logs. My host records standard technical data for every visit — IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps — as part of delivering and securing the site.

Cookies, analytics, and tracking

This site sets no cookies of its own. There is no Google Analytics, no Google Tag Manager, no Meta or Facebook pixel, no advertising tracker, and no session-recording or heatmap tool installed. Your visit is not profiled, retargeted, or sold.

One font on the site loads from Google’s font service, which receives your IP address as part of serving that file. All other typefaces are served directly from this site. Nothing else on the page phones out to a third party unless you click a link.

How your information is used

• To reply to your inquiry and, if you want, to talk through which service fits.
• To schedule, deliver, and follow up on coaching sessions you have booked.
• To send newsletters, resources, or workshop announcements — only if you signed up, and only until you unsubscribe.
• To keep the site running, secure, and functioning correctly.

I do not sell, rent, or trade your information. I do not share it for advertising purposes.

Service providers with access

A small number of vendors process data on my behalf in order to make the site work. Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your information.

• FormSubmit — delivers contact form submissions to my email inbox.
• Flodesk — hosts email sign-up pages and sends my newsletter and digital guides.
• Jane — scheduling, session records, and payment processing for booked coaching.
• Netlify — hosts the website and keeps standard server access logs.
• Google Fonts — serves one typeface used on the site.
• Google Workspace — my email, where your messages arrive and are stored.

I may also disclose information if required by law, or where necessary to protect someone’s safety.

Links to other sites

The site links out to Instagram, LinkedIn, Substack, Jane, Flodesk, and a small number of product pages, some of which are affiliate links. Once you click through, you are on that company’s site and their privacy practices apply, not mine.

How long information is kept

Inquiry emails are kept in my inbox for as long as they are useful for our correspondence, and deleted on request. Newsletter subscribers stay on the list until they unsubscribe or ask to be removed. Client records held in Jane are retained per Jane’s retention settings and my business record-keeping needs. Server logs are held for a short period by my host and then rotated out.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of that email.
• Ask me what information I hold about you, and I will tell you.
• Ask me to correct or delete your information, and I will do so unless I am required to keep it.
• Decline to provide information — nothing on this site is required, and you can always reach me by email instead of the form.

Children

This site and my services are intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact me and I will delete it.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection, and the platforms I use maintain their own security practices. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, which is one more reason the contact form asks you to leave sensitive details out.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top. Material changes affecting how your information is used will be noted clearly.
